Audition placement acceptance or decline. If you have accepted your placement, at the end of this form you will be automatically taken to the page to pay your $100 tuition deposit, per child. Example: 2 children in the program = $200 deposit. If you have any questions about the tuition deposit, please call the MYS office at 651-699-5811.
