Inkind donations

Donate your outgrown or unused instruments to MYS. Much easier and faster than trying to sell a used instrument, your donation is tax-deductible and will be put to excellent use. Contact Kristen Wesloh at kewesloh@mnyouthsymphonies.org or 651-699-5811 for more information.

Advertise with MYS

Your business can support MYS by purchasing program advertisements in the following publications:

• Annual Student Handbook – A comprehensive program guide distributed to 400 families and referred to throughout the concert season.
• Concert Programs (3) – An elegant publication issued to patrons at MYS’ Orchestra Hall performances which draw over 5,000 audience members annually.
• Annual Gala and Silent Auction Program – MYS’ annual fundraising event. Programs will be distributed to guests, donors, performers and corporate sponsors.

Advertising with MYS is a great way to reach a targeted demographic at very reasonable rates. MYS advertisers include the Minnesota Orchestra, Eastman School of Music, Juilliard, San Francisco Conservatory, Manhattan School of Music, Northwestern University, Lawrence University, John Waddle Violins, House of Note, Schmitt Music, All Strings Attached, Minnehaha Academy, and Claire Givens Violins.

Fundraiser Events

Noodles and Company
MYS invites you to lunch at Noodles and Company, located at 2110 Ford Parkway in the Highland Park section of St. Paul. A portion of sales made between 11:00am and 3:00pm are donated to the MYS Instrument Fund. Registration is not necessary – just show up and order lunch! Noodles and Company lunch dates for the 2008-09 season will be announced when available.

Wreath Sale
Our annual student fundraiser is a holiday wreath sale. We challenge students to help us keep tuition affordable while competing for great prizes! For more information, contact the office at 651-699-5811 or mys@mnyouthsymphonies.org.

Volunteer
