Tuition Information

Full-season tuition is due August 23, 2025.

Full-season installments and partial-season payments are due on:

  • August 23, 2025

  • October 15, 2025

  • January 28, 2026

A 10% household discount is granted to each additional child from the same household and is applied to the lower-cost invoice upon enrollment.

Need-based Financial Assistance is available so no qualifying student is turned away for financial reasons.

Scholarships

No student is turned away based on their families ability to pay. If assistance is needed, please click the button below to submit a financials assistance request.

Donations to the Carissa Hayen Memorial Scholarship Fund provide some of the financial support for our Tuition Work Credit Program.

2025–26 Tuition Rates (09/25—4/26)

Tuition Deposit

A $100 tuition deposit per student (e.g. 1 child=$100, 2 children=$200, etc) is due upon receipt of orchestra placement. The tuition deposit is a nonrefundable part your tuition or and is subtracted from the first tuition payment.
