Tuition Information

Full-season tuition is due August 22, 2026.

Full-season installments and partial-season payments are due on:

  • August 22, 2026

  • November 14, 2026

  • February 6, 2027

A 10% household discount is granted to each additional child from the same household and is applied to the lower-cost invoice upon enrollment.

Need-based Financial Assistance is available so no qualifying student is turned away for financial reasons.

No student is turned away based on their family’s ability to pay. Financial assistance requests can be submitted when enrolling using the form below.

Donations to the Carissa Hayen Memorial Scholarship Fund provide some of the support for Financial Assistance.

Tuition Deposit

A $100 tuition deposit per student (e.g. 1 child=$100, 2 children=$200, etc) is due upon receipt of orchestra placement. The tuition deposit is a nonrefundable part your tuition or and is subtracted from the first tuition payment.
